Founded in 1993, Lake Region Community Partners Inc. is a collaboration of public and private leadership in the west central region of Minnesota whose purpose is to



• Advance, promote, improve and enhance trade, commerce and business conditions in the rural communities of Minnesota;
• Educate and inform citizens and residents of rural Minnesota, as well as visitors to rural Minnesota, as to the business pursuits and opportunities in rural Minnesota;
• Build and improve trade, industry and commerce in rural Minnesota for the benefit of both residents and non-residents of rural Minnesota as a whole; and
• ​Consider, recommend, study and endeavor through responsible means to bring about appropriate action by government and by private interest groups to realize the best uses of physical and human resources within the area of this corporation's concern.
